That little bear in the sampler looks very similiar to a tracing of a care bear. you might want to read up on copy right infringement cause I don't think that's right to include that in a kit. Sampler or not.

yup, that's trademark infringement. If you want to stay in digi-world at all, I would recommend taking it down asap. People have no respect for "designers" who sell the work of other people. If you didn't create it 100% yourself OR have permission to use the image or shape, you can not legally sell it or distribute it (even if it's for free.)

the question is why there are just anonymous people who leave those comments here. i have drawn the bear myself, it´s similar to the care bears but it´s done by me. you are not allowed to SELL those bears if they look similar to others. but well - i will take the sampler from the net, i hope others have enjoyed as it is NOT commercial use, just fun - if you are so strict then you are also not allowed to draw any motives from disney, etc - and a lot of people do just for private use. do you think someone cares if anyone puts a little bear which might look similar on her private layout??? no, no one. i wish you wouldn´t be afraid to write down your names if you are so sure that using a bear for your private use is wrong! that is cowardly, i think

I missed the "Baby Dreams Collection" freebie but I saw it on your website and read the comments also. It's sad to see people have just too much time on their hands to make such a big deal out of nothing. Just keep up the good work, keep positive thoughts.

I think they were harsh in their criticism. They could have asked if it was hand drawn. Or voiced their concerns nicely. Keep your chin up. I can see both sides to this, and I agree they should have left their names. Patty

Okay, everyone wants to know where you stand on copyright issues. Mistica, takes her own stand. HELLO, its her website! I have my own stand, you have your own stand. And if you don't by now, then you should take a look at the blinkie Mistica has here on her blog called Digital Piracy you can read all about what digital pirating and copyrights are because guess what. At the end of the day its fuzzy and you will get a headache trying to figure it out and also guess what....ITS HER WEBSITE.

Please respect peoples websites and dont start preaching your cause on them. Make your own blog or website and do it there.
